1. Using G2U
G2U.gg is an online storefront for digital gaming goods and services, including game currency, items, accounts and boosting where offered in a listing. These terms govern use of our store and purchases made through our checkout. Read the listing, selected options, delivery information and linked policies before ordering.
“G2U”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean our online store. “Customer”, “you” and “your” mean the person using our store or placing an order. G2U directly sells the digital goods and provides the services described in our listings and is responsible for fulfilling your order. We do not operate a marketplace for independent sellers, third-party shops or customer-created listings. A “third-party payment provider” is an external service, such as NOWPayments, that processes payments; using that service does not transfer our fulfilment or refund obligations to it.
2. Registration and eligibility
You must be able to enter the purchase lawfully and meet the requirements of the relevant game or service. If permission from a parent or guardian is required, obtain it before using the service. Do not create an account or place an order with false information or another person’s identity.
Keep your account email accurate, protect your password and private order links, and notify support about suspected unauthorised use. Verification and recovery features depend on the account options available on the site. Guest checkout may be available; keep the order-access link and browser session so you can return to the order.
3. Our products, services and responsibilities
We must be entitled to supply our goods and services, describe them accurately, honour the confirmed scope and timing, and address non-delivery or a lack of conformity. Listings should identify material restrictions, including the game, server, platform, region, eligibility and any access or compatibility requirements.
We manage our catalogue, order records, fulfilment and customer support directly. Our team communicates with you through the order chat and G2U Support. We are responsible for the goods and services you buy from us.
4. Orders and payments
Check the product, quantity, options, recipient details, price and delivery information before submitting checkout. Provide only information necessary to fulfil the order. A recorded order or a payment-creation message does not by itself confirm payment or delivery.
Use only the payment method and instructions presented for your order. A transaction must be confirmed through the applicable payment workflow before it is treated as paid. A screenshot, browser redirect or payment claim is not conclusive payment confirmation. Display currencies, selected options, discounts and any payment-provider requirements must be checked before you authorise a payment.
If a cryptocurrency option is available, verify the asset, network, address and exact amount. Network mistakes, underpayments or late payments may require investigation; they are not automatically accepted as completed payment. Technical test or staging options are not an offer of a production payment method.
5. Fulfilment and customer cooperation
Delivery follows the listing and the Digital Goods Delivery Policy. Supply may require in-game actions, correct recipient information or coordination in the order chat. Do not obstruct agreed fulfilment or provide details you are not authorised to use.
Review delivery information and report problems through the order chat or support. Confirm receipt only after checking the supply. An administrative order status or automated closure is not a waiver of a valid claim or mandatory consumer rights.
6. Communications and prohibited activity
Use order and support messages respectfully and for legitimate enquiries. Do not submit malware, unlawful or infringing material, stolen accounts or payment details, fraudulent evidence, threats, harassment, spam, or attempts to bypass access controls. Do not impersonate G2U staff or request payments through unofficial instructions.
Do not publish private order links, login credentials or another person’s personal information. Report suspicious requests through Contact & Support. Access or an order may need to be restricted to address abuse, security or legal requirements, subject to applicable law and any rights concerning payment and refunds.
7. Cancellations, remedies and disputes
The Refund & Cancellation Policy explains cancellation before performance, non-delivery, invalid items and material differences from a listing. Digital goods are not subject to an absolute no-refund rule merely because they are digital or have been marked delivered.
Contact the order chat or support with the order number, the issue and relevant evidence. G2U handles your request directly and reviews the order record. Our support process is not a court or a substitute for your legal remedies. You are not required to surrender a statutory right, a lawful payment dispute or access to a competent authority or court as a condition of contacting support.
Accepting these terms alone is not express consent to immediate digital supply or acknowledgement of losing a statutory withdrawal right. Where the law requires separate consent, acknowledgement or confirmation, those requirements must be satisfied separately.
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights relating to non-delivery, faulty or misdescribed digital content, services, refunds or cancellation. Mandatory law applicable to your purchase takes priority over a conflicting policy or listing.
8. Game publishers and intellectual property
G2U is independent of the game developers and publishers mentioned on the site; use of their names or marks is for identification and does not imply endorsement. Their trademarks and game-related intellectual property remain with their respective owners.
Game rules can restrict transfers, account sharing, account sales or third-party services. Review the applicable game rules before buying. G2U does not control a publisher’s servers, enforcement decisions or future changes. This does not excuse our misdescription, unauthorised supply or other breach, or remove a remedy required by law.
9. Responsibility and limits
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to every game, third-party service or external payment network. Temporary interruptions and events outside reasonable control can affect performance, but they do not automatically extinguish delivery or refund obligations.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, responsibility for losses depends on the relevant party’s obligations, the cause of the loss and whether the loss is legally recoverable. These terms do not exclude liability for fraud, deliberate wrongdoing, or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including mandatory consumer remedies. No blanket exclusion for all digital purchases applies.
10. Privacy, applicable rights and changes
The Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain information handling and browser storage. Reading them or accepting these terms is not a substitute for a separate consent required by law.
These terms do not require private arbitration, remove mandatory protections that apply to your purchase or restrict access to the courts and authorities available under applicable law. Changes to these terms should be identified by the version date and must not retroactively remove rights arising from an existing order. Contact G2U Support if you need clarification before purchasing.
Fraud Prevention & Account Suspension
G2U maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward fraud, scams, payment abuse, impersonation, and other deceptive or illegal activities.
If a user is found to have engaged in fraudulent activity, G2U reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate their account, cancel affected orders, and restrict access to our services.
Orders associated with confirmed fraudulent activity may be ineligible for refunds where permitted by applicable law.
G2U may temporarily withhold order fulfillment while investigating suspected fraudulent activity.
These measures do not limit any mandatory consumer rights or remedies available under applicable law.
